This tower-house was built in the beginning of the 17th century by the Barozzi family. It is first mentioned in a report about a pirate raid in 1678. One of the heraldic signs of the tower indicates that the tower was finished (apparently after renovation) in 1742 by Bernardo Barozzi. Later the owner was Donna Mariora Mavrogeni who in 1795 sold it to Georgakis Frangopoulos. The last owner was Ioannis Gratsias.
