Α small castle built in the Franksih period on a steep hill. The hill looks like a pyramid from a distance. The castle had a visual communication with Mystras and it was built around the same time (13th century).
In 1263 passed in the hands of the Byzantines of the Despotate of Mystras. In 1460, it was captured by the Turks who destroyed it.
