A castle on a steep rock above the village Rocca in Kissamos area. The time of construction is unknown. It was certainly a Byzantine fortress (and a Roman before) which was not used by the Venetians.
At the SE slopes of the rock, there is also an ancient settlement and, at the top, an acropolis. There are many remains from the ancient site, but almost nothing from the Byzantine fortress at the top.
