A venetian tower next to a church of Agios Dimitrios.
In the Venetian period, a Catholic Franciscan covent of St Grigorio was at this site. Apparently, the tower was protecting the convent.
It is 5km east of the village Sfinari of Kissamos in the eastern Crete. Varsamakia or Varsamachia is the name of a deserted (now) area north of the village of Kampos.
