A tower-house of the 17th century which is in good condition having been renovated in the 1970s.
Its main defensive features are the round tower at the SE corner and the watchtower at the NW corner.
It is at the center of the village Kato Loussi of Peloponnese. It belongs to the family of Petimzas, who came to the region from Epirus in the 17th century.
