Ruins of a Frankish (most probably) tower near the church of Agios Ioannis in the village Kallifonio, in the mountains 15km south of Kalavryta.
The village used to be at another location, but the inhabitants abandoned it because of a plague and moved to the current position and built a new village around the tower.
Structure, Fortification & Buildings
Only parts of the north and west walls remain today. We do not know its original height. Today the maximum height is around 3m.
