A cave with a fortified tower built in its interior. It is in a difficult to approach location in the gorge of Gouras between the villages Aetorrachi, Kokkinorachi and Lyssarea in Arcadia.
According to the local tradition the cave was the lair of the warlord Giannakoulis. It is not known exactly who Giannakoulis was, but he was most probably one of the kleftes of Peloponnese in the period before the Greek War of Independence. The tower was constructe -most probably, again- in the 18th century.
