Ruins of a castle at one of the summits of the mount Karvounis in Samos.
It was an ancient fort that was rebuilt by the Byzantines in the 7th or 8th century when the Saracens started to raid the islands of the Aegean.
The name comes from Louloudo, a daughter of a priest who fell from the rocks and was killed in an epileptic seizure.
