A 3-storey fortified tower (or Koulia) lacated in the upper part of the city of Konitsa. It is is known as the «House (or tower) of Hamko». Hamko (or Hanka) was the name of the notorious Ali pasha, the Ottoman ruler of Ioannina in the period 1788-1822. The tower belonged to her father who was the bey of Konitsa. The date 1843 is carved in one of the stones of the building (Hamko however died in 1792).
The tower is rectangular with dimensions 7,30x5,00m. Its height is 11m.
