A tower-house in the mountain range of “Sympetro” near the chapel of St.Elias at the eastern side of Kos island.
The name Drakissa (she-dragon) implies a connection to the medieval legend of the Ogress of Kos. However it is not known how exactly this legend is related to the tower.
Other names of the tower are Tower of Vasilissa (queen) and Vigla of Arsenios Skinouris.
We do not have more information and we are not sure about the chronology of the tower.
