A Byzantine tower on Krousovitis river under the castle of Sidirokastro. Its purpose, obviously, was the protection of the bridge of the river at that point.
Its name comes from the Byzantine emperor Andronikos III Palaiologos who is also responsible of the last major renovation of the main castle of Sidirokastro.
